terra is the first character that you will use in the game of final fantasy 3/6. at the begining of the game she can use simple magic spells such as Antidote, Fire 1 and Cure. these spells come in real handy when fighting a boss or a group of multiple enemys. At the first part in the game terra can equip more stuff than locke can. stronger weapons and armor. Although she is not the strongest character in the game she can use strong weapons to her advantage.

Terra is part esper part human. that is why she can use magic. she was taken by kefka when terras mother was dieing. kefka rased her to be a magitek knight.
