TRADE FOR THE RENAME CARD

at the colesium in the World of Ruin go to the colisium and bid an elixer. You will fight Cactrot and get rename card (that is if you win)

USE THE IMP EQUIPMENT

use imp on one of your characters (this can be done anywere) then equip the Imp equipment that you have collected. It make the Imp really powerful.

GET THE GENJI GLOVE EARLIE IN THE GAME

when you are at the Returners hide out and you are at the point where you have to talk to banon about terra helping them out keep saying NO. sooner or later the game will take over and one of the returners will give up a genji glove instead of a gauntlet.

HEAL UP FOR FREE

when you get to south figaro go up to the little cabin north of south figaro and use the beds there. you can heal your whole party and ITS FREE.

GO TO THE SECOND BASEMENT

when you are going to save CELES in LOCKEs scenario before you check the door where celes is being held go strait down againt the wasll and check for a wall that you can go through. you will find a second basement. there a couple goodies down there.

USE A FENIX DOWN ON THE PHANTOM TRAIN

when you fight the PHANTOM TRAIN use a fenix down. this will automaticly kill it.

MOG OR THE GOLD HAIRPIN

if you go back to NARSHE when you get the airship and go to the top where the esper is mog and that stupid theif lone wolf are up there. if you save mog the lone wolf gets away with the gold hairpin. but if you dont save mog you can have the gold hairpin and get mog on your party in the world of ruin.

IMPERIAL PALACE

when you go to talk peace with emporer gastahl use this little chart that i have put together (from my players guide to help you get a whole bunch of goodies from the emporer

first talk to most or all of the soldiers

PEACE TALK CHART

if you answer all of these you should get a whole shit load of stuff from the emporer

BUILD LEVELS IN TEH BURNING HOUSE

in the burning house where you have to save relm fight alot of the flames they give out great experience

BID FOR ESPERS

go to the auction house in JIDOOR and keep going untill the put up GOLEM and ZONEseek for BID. you can always get these if you have enough money. But dont let someone else take it or you cant get the espers later on in the game. once you have gotten the espers go to TZEN and find the man hiding in the woods and he will sell you sraphim. (if you want sraphim for cheap wait untill the world of ruin and return he will have cut the price down to almost nothing)

WAIT FOR SHADOW

on the floating contenent wait for all of the time to run out before you jump on the airship. Shadow will come running towards the airship. MAke sure that you dont leave him behind. He is an awsome character.

SAVE CID

when you start off in the world of ruin make sure that you feed CID only the best fish (the fast moving ones) if you dont feed him the fast ones he will die.

RETURN TO THE SOLITARY ISLAND (where CID IS)

there is now a magicite on the beach of the island. Palidor is a pretty cool esper to have.

EXPERIENCE EGG

when you are in daryls tomb get read all of the tomb stones and then go and find the blank one and etch in THE WORLD IS SQUARE backwards. After you do that go all the way down to the bottom of the tomb to where you get the CZARINA GOWN and just go RIGHT from there into a secret room. (you have to go through a wall to get it)

GET THE AIR ANCHOR

on the tower of fanatics go upo to your first door where there is a treasure chest with a safty bit in it. Take the saftybit and then go beside the treasure chest and search the wall. this will open up a door one fight down from were you are. the air will be in there (it is a tool for edgar)

FIGHTING THE MAGIMASTER

When you are going up the tower of fanatics get all of your characters a wall ring. When you are fighting the MAGIMASTER cast spells on your whole party. This will make the magic attacck him 4 times .( the spell reflects off of you)this makes it easier to beat him

ANCIENT CASTLE

Make sure that you are on high levels for goiung here. Go to figaro and get it to dive underground. The castle will stop digging and you will find the ancient castel. Get out of the castle the same way that you got in when you were following EDGAR and his group of bandits. (through the JAIL in the basment)and go through here. there is a lot of goodies such as the offering and the GRAEDUS. and ODIN/RAIDEN magicite. When you are in teh throne room go four steps down from the throne and search that area (check most of that area) and there is a switch. now you have opened up a secret and you can get the odin materia Changed to the more powerful RAIDEN magicite.

GENJI GLOVE AND the OFFERING

put these two relics together and stand back and enjoy the show. The offering give whom ever is using it 4 attacks. and the Genji Glove allows two weapons to be equiped. So this Gives Eight attacks.

DESPERATION ATTACKS

all of these attacks can happen when a patry member is really low on HP. These attacks are Brutal.

CAST TWO SPELLS FOR EXELENT EFFECTS

cast Vanish & X-Zone and this will automaticly kill off all of the enemys. Doom works too.

NEED MONEY?

go to the desert by maranda in the World of Ruin and fight there on the desert. Here you will find Cactrots. Thes things are easy to kill with edgars tools. Kill them off and they give out 10,000 GP and 10 magic points. A great way to make money and learn magic quickly.
